Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is a plus.
• Experience in the construction field is preferred.
• Preferably female candidates from the Philippines.
• Must be currently in the UAE and available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and reports.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
• Support management with daily administrative tasks.
