ABOUT THE FUNCTION
The Operations function is responsible to maintain a very detailed summary of daily/weekly duties including all changes/problems/complaints and correspondence, follow up on all activities and respond to all issues of locations with no delay.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 03-05 years of experience in Hospitality Experience.
- Minimum 02 years of Valet Operations Experience.Â
- Willing to work on day/night shifts and on several locations within duty hours in addition to contributing with extra hours when required for special events/ exigencies/ Operational requirement.
- Degree/Diploma from a recognized University in Hospitality is preferred.
PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST
- Patrol all levels of the designated parking facility for detailing.
- Perform administrative and office responsibilities.
- Implementation & adherence to on-site Valet Driver grooming standard and checklist.Â
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Prepare & submit daily, weekly & monthly report.
- Inspect and maintain all parking operations equipment in working condition at all areas and coordinate replacements or repairs when necessary.
- Respond to discrepancies involving Valet Drivers and customers such as customer lost items/tickets, accidents, incidents.
