Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed architectural designs using Revit, ensuring alignment with client vision and project specifications.
  • Create and manage 3D models and associated documentation for residential, commercial, or institutional projects, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough design reviews and coordinate with engineers and consultants to resolve conflicts and streamline project execution.
  • Implement BIM standards and best practices to enhance project workflows and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Utilize advanced Revit features, such as parametric modeling and family creation, to optimize design solutions and improve project deliverables.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, including visualizations and renderings, to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all phases of the design process are completed within set deadlines.
  • Assist in conducting site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and enhance project viability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, ensuring strong foundational knowledge in design principles.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on using Revit in real-world projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit software, demonstrating technical expertise through a robust portfolio of completed projects.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations relevant to the specific region or country of work, ensuring compliance in all designs.
