Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, assessment, and treatment under the supervision of a physician.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor and record patient health information, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and prevention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations set by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols.
  • Assist in emergency medical situations and provide support during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Stay updated on advancements in nursing practices and attend continuing education programs as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid and active DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an RN in a healthcare setting.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
