Call My Doctor Healthcare LLC is a leading provider of home healthcare services in Dubai. We specialize in Doctor On Call, Nurse On Call, Physiotherapy On Call, IV Therapy On Call, Lab Testing Services On Call, PCR Test On Call, STD Test On Call, and other healthcare services delivered at the convenience of our patients’ homes.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring the highest level of care and patient safety.
• Administer IV therapy, injections, wound care, and other nursing procedures as per the physician’s recommendations.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and medical progress.
• Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and execute patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication, and post-care instructions.
• Assist with lab testing procedures, including sample collection for PCR and other diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare protocols and standards.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring appropriate interventions are carried out.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• License: DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical or home healthcare nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in administering IV therapy, performing wound care, and handling diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and labor laws is an advantage.
