Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer complex medication regimens and monitor patients closely for adverse reactions, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including vital signs and lab results, to develop and modify individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
- Educate patients and families about disease processes, treatment plans, and post-discharge care, fostering a supportive healing environment.
- Participate in rapid response teams and code blue situations, demonstrating leadership and calm under pressure in emergency scenarios.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is mandatory for this position.
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice legally in UAE.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an ICU or Medical Surgical Ward from quality accredited hospitals.(Preferable JCI hospital experience)
- Mandatory Valid Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) .
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills considered a valuable asset in diverse healthcare settings.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential for collaborating with healthcare teams and providing compassionate care to patients and families.
