This role requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions and develop nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor vital signs and observe patients for any changes in condition.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret the results.
  • Maintain accurate and updated medical records.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  • Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.
  • Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and nursing practices.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Valid nursing license issued by the state regulatory body.
  • Good understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work well in a team.
