Job Description

Resgitered Nurse (RN) will play very important role in providing high-quality patient care and support during the patient visit to the facility. The ideal candidate will possess expertise and extra ordinary skills in medication management, in depth knowledge of various medical and aesthetic procedures, and well verse with the local healthcare standards and regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Patient Assessments & monitoring: RN will be responsible for conducting comprehensive health assessment of patient, that will include vital signs, medical history and current health status and monitor the patient throughout the treatment or stay in the facility.
• Medication Administration: It is vital for the RN to have hands on experience in administration of Intra muscular and Intravenous medications to all age group with outstanding technique and precision. Additionally, it is crucial that the RN possess in depth knowledge of all medications and the protocols of administration.
• Procedures & Treatments: RN will be responsible to carry out procedure as per the physician prescription with highest standards of quality and care. The procedures will include but no limited to Intravenous & Intramuscular Injections, IV Drips, Immunizations, rectal administrations, Wound care, ECG, Oxygen therapy, Specimen withdrawal (Serum and others), Nebulization etc. Additionally, the RN is required to have expertise in assisting Aesthetic physician in all kind of aesthetic procedures.
• Patient care and Education: RN will be the vital team player in proving excellent experience by showcasing high level of professional attitude and care. RN will be responsible to educate the patient on the pre & post treatment care and will guide and educate for the future appointments as per the treatment plan.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): RN will ensure the required medical information is fed to the health software from nursing station and doctors’ office as per the facility and authorities’ requirement.
• Quality Assurance: RN will be responsible to carry out the thorough screening to ensure safe and hygienic environment for the patient at the facility. It is necessary for the RN to be well versed with the infection control protocols and adhere to it.
• Branding and Marketing Activities: Extend support in creating content and branding the organization to reach the target audience in form of blogs, photos/videos and interviews.

Qualifications:

• Valid DHA License as Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years of U.A.E experience in similar set up
• Skills: Time and appointment Management, Business Acumen, Attention to detail, Problem Solving, Out Standing verbal & written communication skills, Medical Knowledge, Manual Precision, Emergency care skills.
• Presentable and Ethical
• Language: English. Additional language Arabic, Russian, French & Spanish will be preferred.
