Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions in the real estate industry.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring manager.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as a brand ambassador for our company.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring manager, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration or related filed.
• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• German, Italian, Spanish, English, Russian, Chinese speakers are preferred.
