Quality Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Officer with experience in the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations to join our IVF facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within healthcare settings, particularly in reproductive medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with DHA standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for DHA inspections and accreditations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality and patient safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Officer in a healthcare setting, with a focus on IVF or reproductive medicine.
- In-depth knowledge of DHA regulations and accreditation processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
