Job Description & Summary

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.
Work closely with the Leadership Office team to provide support across different areas, mostly: data analysis, reporting support, project management activities

Responsibilities

  • Support the PwC strategic planning exercise
  • Support the preparation of presentations for Leadership meetings
  • Prepare analysis of data using basic analytical tools as Pivot tables, etc.
  • Monitor Leadership budget (incl. People movement, costs, budget planning)
  • Project Management
  • Support key Leadership projects (e.g. activities monitoring, progress tracking, meeting arrangement, documentation preparation, tool testing, training material preparation, etc.)
  • Support the creation of content including presentations, comms and reports for leadership, project sponsors and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate to deliver tool-kits as part of change and engagement projects.

Requirements

  • Strong analytics and good understanding of Financials (e.g. operating statement), with background in Finance preferred
  • Previous involvement on Project Management activities preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships xIFS and xLoS
  • Creative individual with a passion for driving change
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a self-motivated problem-solver
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and able to cope well under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time, often involving multiple stakeholders
  • Competent in Google suite and the PwC brand/toolkit
  • Basic knowledge of power BI tools Strong attention to detail
