Job Description
- Adheres to division policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Conducts initial assessments, implements nursing interventions, and ensures a patient-centred approach under supervision.
- Provides education to patients and families from admission to discharge, ensuring safety and preventive care.
- Maintains accurate records and communicates effectively with teams, escalating care as needed.
- Resolves concerns, gathers feedback, and promotes a seamless patient journey through all levels of care. Participates in quality assurance, audits, and research to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Pursues self-growth through training, CME compliance, and maintaining updated clinical skills.
- Uses clinical equipment and materials efficiently, adhering to safety and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing (minimum 18 months), DOH/DHA Medical License, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification relevant to the specialty.
- At least 2-year post-qualification, preferably in a JCIA-accredited facility.
- Knowledge of nursing procedures, proficiency in medical systems, emergency response, and fluency in English and Arabic.
