Physical Therapist

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will operate under the direction of their immediate supervisor and in compliance with the company policies. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients within the scope of physical therapy practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patient cases following physical therapy practices.
• Utilize a range of techniques, including mechanical, manual, and rehabilitation therapies.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Design rehabilitation and wellness programs tailored to patients’ unique needs.
• Provide quality and personalized care, focusing on improving patients’ strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to support long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, ensuring regular progress communication to patients and relevant parties.
• Document patient care services accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Prepare detailed medical reports as required.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid UAE license to practice physical therapy.
• Certification in Physical Therapy and evidence of continued professional development.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Current knowledge of physical therapy techniques, treatment practices, and rehabilitation methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage patients of diverse personalities and conditions.
• Professional behavior, ethical standards, and commitment to patient care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with healthcare teams.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.
• Experience with electronic health records and documentation systems.
