Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

To support our operations, we are looking to hire a skilled Warehouse Pharmacist with a EDE (Emirates Drug Establishment) license to oversee our warehouse operations.

Job Description (But not limited to)

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with a EDE license to manage our warehouse operations and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our storage and distribution processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including the handling, storing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain compliance with EDE regulations and ensure all practices meet safety and quality standards.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely execution of stock movements.
• Implement and monitor security protocols and safety measures within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Resolve any issues related to inventory, equipment, or personnel promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (B Pharma) or Master’s degree (M Pharma) in Pharmacy.
• Valid EDE license is essential.
• Membership to the Medical Council in the home country.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar managerial role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and regulations specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
