Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments to identify health issues and establish individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor patients’ health status, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate, thorough medical records and documentation in compliance with MOH standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients
- Provide support, comfort, and counseling to patients and their families as needed
Requirements
- Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
