Job Description
- Craft personalised patient journeys, managing their experience from first contact to follow-up care
- Coordinate virtual consultations, in-person appointments, and integrated care plans
- Serve as a trusted liaison between patients, healthcare providers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle diagnostic results with discretion
- Conduct healthcare research to navigate UK and international healthcare systems
- Support the founder and medical operations manager with administrative excellence
Minimum requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Experience in executive administration or executive concierge is preferred, though we are open to candidates from all backgrounds.
Essential Skills:
- Deep empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Mac environments
- Experience in private healthcare (preferred)
- Ability to manage confidential information with the highest discretion
- Research skills to navigate and coordinate healthcare systems internationally
