Job Summary:

The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing and PR strategies to promote Bella Roma Specialty Hospital’s cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. This role involves creating brand awareness, managing media relations, overseeing digital marketing, and ensuring a positive public image for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential patients for cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms (social media, Google Ads, print, and outdoor).
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and social media content.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and workshops to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth patient engagement and lead conversion.

Public Relations Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the beauty and healthcare industry.
  • Write press releases, articles, and media statements to promote hospital services and achievements.
  • Handle crisis communication and reputation management to maintain a positive public image.
  • Organize and manage PR events, including media visits, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
  • Act as the hospital’s spokesperson when necessary, addressing media inquiries professionally.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to enhance Bella Roma’s credibility in the cosmetic surgery industry.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and grow the hospital’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop engaging social media campaigns that highlight patient success stories, before-and-after results, and expert insights.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries and improve online engagement.
  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.

Brand Management & Patient Engagement:

  • Ensure that all marketing and PR efforts align with Bella Roma’s brand image and values.
  • Enhance patient experience by integrating personalized marketing approaches.
  • Gather and analyze patient feedback to improve services and marketing campaigns.
