Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Overview of the role:
Function as Maintenance Engineer to support and lead Installation and AMC Services to execute all types of security system maintenance, casual jobs and maintenance tasks, PPM, site visits, evaluation, inspection, reactive and proactive services, attend authority inspections and approval as per ADMCC police rules within the agreed SLA and business needs ensuring customer satisfaction, profession work ethics and standards.

Key accountabilities
- Understand the process of Security System Installation and AMC services.Â
- Understanding various life cycle of projects and AMC requirements.
- Complying all requirements related with ADMCC
- Understanding the requirements from customers.
- Good knowledge in troubleshooting all type of security systems under Maintenance within agreed SLA.
- Completing the daily tasks and assigned PPMs on timely basis without any escalations.
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device.
- Update business with required reports and documents
Required skills to be successful:
Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks: UAE Driving License and SIRA/ ADMCC Certification is mandatory, CCNA Certification is preferred
What Equips you for the role:
Education: Diploma/ B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineer.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 3-5 Years in Security & all type of ELV Systems like CCTV, ACS, Wifi, Data, Voice, Barriers, intercom, Signage & Intruder Alarm System Etc.
