A LABORATORY ASSISTANT

The laboratory assistant weighs and mixes perfume raw materials according to precise dosages, defined by the creative teams, in compliance with the applicable procedures and techniques. In the laboratory, the activity concerns perfume compositions ranging from a few grams to 1 kg and involves the use of equipment adapted to precision weighing.

• – Weigh perfumers’ tests adding alcohol if necessary.
• – Weigh tests for analytical research
• – Weigh formulas for customer samples.
• – Prepare control samples for new references.
• – Refer to the laboratory manager in case of any deviations
• – Maintain and tidy the weighing station and take part in tidying and maintaining the laboratory.
• – Keep track of the stock of raw materials and consumables at the workstation.
