Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise inventory records using inventory management software and Microsoft applications.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing and Store teams to forecast and manage inventory needs.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports, analyze data for trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in handling and storing inventory.
- Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff as needed.
- Participate in monthly inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accurate stock records.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare inventory management.
- Certified in Supply Chain Management (CSM) or equivalent.
