Opportunity Details
This is an exciting opportunity as ADNOC Schools, operated by Aldar Education, offer world-class amenities designed to provide learners with a 21st Century curriculum using the latest technology.
Job Purpose
- Be the primary point of contact for all school staff on HR queries including contracts, payroll, HR policies, and entitlements.
- Support SLT in attracting and recruiting school-based staff.
- Manage the onboarding process for incoming staff.
- Coordinate and manage employee exit processes.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Utilise ATS for advertising and managing vacancies.
- Advertising, screening, shortlisting, and interview management.
- Conduct pre-employment safer recruitment checks.
- Coordinate new starter induction and communication.
- Manage onboarding procedures and liaise with IT.
- Process ADEK pass applications and visa/work permit applications.
- Create offer letters, contracts, and associated documentation.
Performance Enablement
- Coordinate probationary processes and performance reviews.
- Provide reports to HQ HR on key performance cases.
- Monitor and track professional development for staff.
HR Operations
- Manage health insurance applications and related activities.
- Management and reporting of staff time and attendance.
- Issue NOCs and other relevant staff letters.
- Maintain the school’s organization chart.
- Collate HR metrics in line with Aldar Education’s requirements.
- Process exiting staff procedures.
- Maintain confidential employment records and staff files.
- Participate in group-wide HR meetings.
Employee Relations
- Support SLT with investigations and disciplinary management.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on relevant issues.
- Assist SLT in managing informal employee relations cases.
- Any other duties as reasonably expected.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or Psychology.
- 6 years’ experience in a related field.
- Education industry experience preferable.
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills
- Sound working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Competent using IT systems, including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience liaising with UAE government bodies.
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency desirable.
- Attention to detail and timely execution.
- Skilled in multi-tasking under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
