We are seeking a skilled and dedicated DOH Homecare Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- DOH license as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in homecare or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
