Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Charge Nurse in managing and supervising nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and standards.
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure effective communication among the healthcare team.
- Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
- Provide direct patient care as needed and support nursing staff in complex cases.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Conduct staff training and development sessions.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Valid DOH License.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
