Job Description

Ultrasound Performing:

• Perform and interpret ultrasound imaging for obstetric and gynecological evaluations, focusing on fetal, uterine, ovarian, and abdominal health.
• Conduct diagnostics and treatment for various ultrasound-based conditions, including fetal ultrasound, uterine ultrasound, ovarian ultrasound, ovarian mucosa ultrasound, and general abdominal ultrasound.
• Correlate ultrasound findings with other examinations and tests for a comprehensive diagnosis.

Patient Care:

• Consult with patients to explain diagnostic findings and address any questions about imaging procedures.
• Prescribe medications, supplements, and nutritional products that support maternal and fetal health.
• Provide follow-up consultations as needed, delivering compassionate care and support.

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain high standards for imaging and diagnostic accuracy.
• Stay informed about advancements in radiology and implement best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance in health and safety.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Specialist Obstetrician & Gynecologist by the DHA (Dubai Health Authority).

Experience Required:

• Minimum Experience: 3+ years as a Specialist Obstetrician & Gynecologist, with significant expertise in prenatal ultrasound and gynecological imaging, with proven ability to perform and interpret ultrasound images related to fetal development, maternal health, and gynecological conditions.

Job Skills and Knowledge:

• Extensive experience in conducting and interpreting prenatal and gynecological ultrasounds.
• Strong understanding of UAE – Dubai health and safety regulations, especially those related to maternal and fetal care.
• Familiarity with medical imaging software and ultrasound equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a patient-centered approach in obstetric and gynecological care.
• Being able to speak Arabic
