- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans, ensuring all staff are trained and resources are readily available.
- Oversee the integration of technology in facility management, utilizing smart building systems for improved efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on facility performance metrics, presenting data-driven insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) are highly preferred.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale facilities with a focus on operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset for diverse workplace environments.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
