Finance Manager

Job Description

Work Location: Abu Dhabi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
> Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to enhance profitability and efficiency.
> Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory requirements within each entity
> Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk, including facility agreements
> Supervise accounting, audits, and internal controls to maintain financial accuracy.
> Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making in coordination with senior management.
> Develop and enforce company-specific financial policies while mentoring and strengthening the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
> Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA are highly preferred
> Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
> Industry experience in healthcare, medical manufacturing, contracting, or construction is strongly preferred
> Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, corporate tax, and IFRS
> Proficiency in financial modeling, business analysis, and ERP systems
