Potential responsibility of ‘Head of Primary PE’ for the correct candidate.
We are seeking an Outstanding Female Primary Physical Education Teacher to join our exciting and growing department at GEMS Metropole Al Waha in January 2025. Our passionate team is dedicated to providing the best for every student.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled educator to contribute to a dynamic, rapidly developing school. For the right candidate, there is also potential for leadership opportunities, including the position of Head of Primary PE.
The successful candidate will have:
- A BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Proven experience in teaching primary PE
- Swim England Coaching Qualification Level 2 (desirable)
- Experience in teaching swimming programs
- Experience in working within and leading elements of teams
- A demonstrated ability to share and apply outstanding teaching practices
- A creative, enthusiastic approach inside and outside the classroom
- A commitment to participating in regular extra-curricular offerings
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
- A track record of delivering exceptional teaching and learning outcomes
