- The Executive Secretary provides high-level:
- Administrative support
- Meeting Coordination
- Communication and Liaison
- Travel Arrangements
- Office Management
- Project Assistance
- Handle ad hoc requests and perform other duties as assigned by the executive
- Support other team members or departments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role supporting senior executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
