Engineering Unit is a unique unit of the bank which evaluates the property financed by the Bank, and Managing & Supervising the construction of Bank properties and Bank finance properties including Escrow Account properties. The unit is playing major role in Management of Home Finance deals. The unit contributes to the bank income considerably by Fees for valuations a payment certifications.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Arrange for site visit schedules by liaising with Customer / contractor
  • Wherever site visit required for Property Valuations
  • Visit and verify the site status and report it to the Senior Manager
  • Progress Payment request from contractor & verify the documents as per requirements
  • Preparing MIS for site visit/Home Finance deals
  • In case of customer/contractor disputes to take necessary action to solve the issue
  • Issue any legal Notification to Contractor wherever it is required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Emirati Nationals are preferred for this role
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years in Constructional contracts documentations experience.
  • Knowledge of contractor payments
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Well experienced in operating Excel/ Access & Word
  • Multilingual
