Job Description
- Perform IVF procedures including oocyte retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, and embryo transfer.
- Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment and perform troubleshooting as necessary.
- Conduct semen analysis and sperm preparation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of biological specimens.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records and laboratory data.
- Collaborate with the medical team to discuss treatment protocols and patient care plans.
- Stay updated on the latest embryology technologies and advancements.
- Provide educational support to patients when required.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or a related field.
- Must possess DHA eligibility/ License or DOH/ MOH License holder
- Certification from an accredited institution (e.g., ESHRE, ASRM).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Embryologist, preferably in an IVF clinic setting.
- Strong understanding of embryology lab techniques, protocols, and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the medical team.
