Job Description

  • Perform IVF procedures including oocyte retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, and embryo transfer.
  • Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment and perform troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Conduct semen analysis and sperm preparation techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of biological specimens.
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records and laboratory data.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to discuss treatment protocols and patient care plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest embryology technologies and advancements.
  • Provide educational support to patients when required.

Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or a related field.
  • Must possess DHA eligibility/ License or DOH/ MOH License holder
  • Certification from an accredited institution (e.g., ESHRE, ASRM).
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Embryologist, preferably in an IVF clinic setting.
  • Strong understanding of embryology lab techniques, protocols, and equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the medical team.
