Job Description
Assist the Sales office with the support and co-ordination of all administrative related issues in the department as well as to assist with after sales service in coordination with Property Management Team,
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all sales and tenants’ correspondence.
- Preparing the minutes and commit briefing to the team.
- Raise the internal requisition for sales department.
- Support the administration to add the client information on Sales Force system.
- Maintaining the client records, Hard copy and Soft copy
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software as requested by the direct manager.
- Assist the team members with the documentations and filling.
- Perform any other duties as requested by Sales Lead
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Conducts necessary research and follows up with other departments on behalf of the customer.
- Update the line manager in regards to the customer feedback.
- Maintaining the inventory
- Pre-Sales Launch Preparation
- Unit Reservation
- Issuance of Contract (SPA).
- Preparing reports for all the inventory (booked, sold, cancelled)
- Preparing report with all the SPA issued & pending for Issuance.
- following with the sales team to complete the DP and signature of booking form & SPA within the time frame.
- maintaining list of agent’s brokers
- ensuring brokers trade licence RERA passport are updated & valid not expired.
Brokers
- registrations and updating the Documents in system.
- grading the Brokers.
- generating periodical report on broker sales to evaluate performance.
CRM
- Handling customer’s requests (Calls, Emails & Walk-Ins) and submit reports with the Same.
- Handling resale process Such as NOC requesting SOA etc.. scheduling snagging Appointments.
- Sending Payment Reminders to the Client for instalments
- Sending Construction Updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachler degree required
- +5 years’ experience is relevant field., oracle experience and CRM experience.
- Excellent command of written and oral English
- Proficient computer and internet skills.
