Deputy CEO – Healthcare Division

Job Description

Thumbay Group is seeking a seasoned and innovative leader to join the team as Deputy CEO, Healthcare Division. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to implement the division’s strategic plans, oversee daily operations, drive marketing initiatives, and ensure the achievement of strategic objectives across our group of hospitals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO, Healthcare Division to manage and supervise the daily operations of the healthcare division.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.
• Ensure hospitals meet and maintain accreditation standards, including JCI and other relevant quality benchmarks, by monitoring compliance and driving quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution to improve hospital performance and drive growth.
• Oversee financial performance by preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial reports, ensuring alignment with budgets, and driving EBITDA growth.
• Implement effective cost control measures to optimize resource utilization and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Coordinate activities across multiple hospital locations to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to hospital management teams to support their growth and success.
  
  Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple hospitals or holding a comparable senior leadership position in healthcare.
• Strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, EBITDA optimization, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
• Strong expertise in marketing strategies and campaigns within the healthcare sector.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and operational management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and policies in the UAE
