We are seeking a courteous and efficient Customer Relation Officer with healthcare experience to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
2) Schedule and manage appointments, coordinating with medical staff.
3) Answer calls, address inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
4) Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate records.
5) Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

1) Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS office software (Excel and Word)
