Allocation Assist Middle East.inen is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join our prestigious hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon with a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services. As a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing a full range of cardiac surgical services including diagnosis, treatment, and post-operative care to patients. You will also be expected to lead and supervise a team of medical professionals, including residents, nurses, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cardiac surgeries, including coronary artery bypass, heart valve repair, and heart transplant.
• Evaluate patient’s medical history and conduct thorough physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and cardiac catheterizations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient’s condition and medical history.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals, including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and perfusionists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise and assist in the training and education of residents and medical students.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiac surgery and implement new techniques and procedures as deemed appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures and maintain complete and accurate patient records.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency and fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Must be Western-trained.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon.
• Proficiency in using relevant medical equipment and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
