Registered Nurse – Laser

Job Description

Certification: Certified Laser Technician or Laser Nurse with NCLC (National Council on Laser Certification) certification.

Requirements: Experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic setting is preferred.

Technical Skills:
– Proficient in operating laser equipment for various treatments, including laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, and laser skin rejuvenation.
– Knowledge of different skin types and laser settings for safe and effective treatments.
– Ability to perform laser procedures with precision and attention to detail.
– Familiarity with laser safety protocols and procedures.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and provide clear instructions before, during, and after laser treatments.
– Ability to explain treatment procedures, potential risks, and expected results to patients.
– Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.

Attention to Detail:
– Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and progress.
– Ability to follow protocols and guidelines for each laser treatment.

Professionalism and Ethics:
– Maintain a professional and ethical approach in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
– Respect patient confidentiality and privacy.

Teamwork:
– Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
– Willingness to collaborate and assist colleagues when needed.

Flexibility:
– Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per clinic requirements.
