Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate- Medical Claims at Aster Pharmacy in Dubai. Review and process medical claims for a pharmacy retail company. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and resolving claim discrepancies. The role involves communicating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to facilitate timely claim resolution.

• Proficiency in claims processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry standards.
• 1 year of relevant UAE experience in the same field.
• Must possess expertise in insurance submission and reconciliation processes.
• Medical coding certification is an added advantage.
