Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

· Support with the review, update, delivery and monitoring of the performance management framework including the smooth execution of objective setting, cascading and annual performance evaluations.

· Support with the management of the end-to-end probation process for new joiners.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Probation

· Manage the probation process for all new joiners across the group.

· Conduct monthly review and updates on probation status.

· Connect with the new joiners and support with queries and training sessions around setting of objectives and self-evaluations.

· Support with the automation and system upgrades to the probation process.

· Monitor the Performance Management mailbox and assist in handling Probation queries.

Performance Management

· Support with the management, operational activities and enhancements for the annual Performance Management cycle.

· Monitor the Performance Management mailbox and assist in handling Performance Management queries.

· Create how to guides and, colleague tools and enablers to support with the education, awareness and upskilling of performance management. 

· Support with the development of Library of Standard Objectives and ensure linked to the Job level.

· Champion a performance-driven culture by supporting with periodic roadshows and workshops to engage staff, raise awareness and promote performance framework.

· Manage the calendar of Performance Management activities.

· Ensure learning outcomes are provided to the Learning and Development team.

· Support with business reporting, tracking and analysis in relation to balanced scorecards and performance management.

· Continually review and improve the PM policy and processes to ensure best practice and its relevance to the business.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

Min of 5+ years of experience in Performance Frameworks and Performance Management

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:

·        Experience in real estate or related industry is preferred

·        Previous experience in HR division of a company with 300+ employees

·        In depth knowledge of Performance Management best practices

·        Experience in PM Frameworks and PM software

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

·        Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATION

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is required

·        HR-related certificates (e.g., PHR, SPHR, etc.)
