Main Purpose of Job:
- Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Ensure compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multi professional team.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks according to MCME risk policies and relevant legislation.
- Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment.
- Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.
Required Education:
- Essential: Nursing Diploma
Required Experience:
- Essential: At least two years in own country.
- Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial.
