Job Description

About the Job: 

• Accountable for achievement of revenue and sales results by reviewing capacities, setting targets, implementing policies and monitoring targets in line with business goals 

• Accountable for the day to day running of Restaurant Reservations for Madinat Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel

• Lead, motivate and manage the team to achieve consistent, best in class service standards (through a balanced approach of quality and efficiency) and high conversion • All aspects of people management including development, target setting, performance reviews and disciplinary procedures 

• Ensure daily, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly reporting is provided to senior management on revenue generation, actions in pipeline, average check and correlating factors 

• Managing the online availability through Sevenrooms ensuring revenue maximization based on capacity 

• Deep-dive analysis, interpreting and reporting upon all operational performance areas, identifying opportunities for improvement

• Closely working with relevant areas of the business to utilize all resource to maintain operational excellence and maximize inventory

• Regularly update all online reservation channels and complete spot checks to ensure these are accurate

• Work with Marketing team to update events and information in reservation widgets • Ensure efficient and effective communication across teams/departments Classification: Internal 

• Ensure the department is always updated with any required information about our F&B offerings including new menus, new dishes, Jumeirah One F&B offers, discounts, beverage menus etc. Including regular site inspections for the team 

• Efficiently handle guest complaints ensuring appropriate resolution and appropriate action to turn the guests experience around
